World Restaurant Award, Paris, 2019Gaggenau
In the heart of Paris.
We created a composition with a colossal cuckoo clock flanked by an installation of trees. The 25m high white spruces were selected and cut in the snowy Black Forest. The preparation for transport and assembly took place in our workshop. We integrated display tables for the food installation. The installation and reinstallation had to take place in a very short time. This was possible due to a perfect timing of the whole team.

Eurocucina, Milan 2018Gagganau Fair Booth
The Gaggenau fair booth was created around an open kitchen as a statement of contemporary architecture.
On this 300 sqm booth with classy materials the focus is on cooking and eating together.
The mix of warm oak wood, cool concrete and glass creates a modern atmosphere.
A special highlight was the installation of an Aston Martin in a water basin.

Restaurant 1683, Los Angeles, 2018Warehouse Los Angeles
A Black Forest atmosphere in the 11th floor of a warehouse in downtown Los Angeles.
The second pop up restaurant for the 333rd anniversary of Gaggenau was setup in California this time.
Cooking stations in structure work were built into an arrangement of a snowy forest . The barn separates the bar from the dining area and as a special eye catcher we mounted a 4m high cuckoo clock. The transport up to the 11th floor was a special challenge. Super mat wooden boards in combination with rough and aged wooden planks and worktops in stainless steel. On top exclusive dining tables with leather surface.

KBIS Orlando und AD&D, New York, 2017Gaggenau Fair Booth
Modern coffee house style at the Kitchen & Bad Industry Show in Orlando. Furniture made of walnut wood and linen covered rear wall elements. Quarz composite worktops in marble design complete the arrangement.
